Relationship to Zylaris Consulting

Purpose & Position

This page exists to prevent confusion between decision authority and execution authority.

It defines the boundary between Consulting and Digital so that responsibility does not blur under pressure.

The purpose is to stop authority leakage before engagement begins.

Division Boundary

Zylaris Consulting decides what is correct — defining intent, scope boundaries, and decision validity.

Zylaris Digital decides how execution is structured — defining architecture, implementation approach, and reliability controls.

Neither division substitutes for the other. Decision authority and execution authority remain deliberately separated.

This boundary exists to ensure clarity of responsibility before execution begins.

Artefact-Gated Execution

Execution begins only when Consulting artefacts exist, are complete, and remain valid.

Artefacts define scope, assumptions, constraints, and execution intent before work is authorised.

Authority is granted by artefacts, not by individuals, meetings, or verbal agreement.

Artefacts replace conversation as the source of execution authority.

Handoff Logic

Zylaris Consulting produces validated decisions and the artefacts that define scope and intent.

Zylaris Digital verifies artefacts and scopes execution — defining how work is implemented, not what is decided.

Execution may be paused if artefacts are missing, invalid, or show signs of scope drift.

This handoff makes the relationship operational, not conceptual.

Closing Boundary

This page deliberately avoids service descriptions, outcome promises, and persuasive framing.

It does not invite engagement that bypasses Consulting or reassigns decision authority.

No call to action is presented. No momentum is created. The page exists to establish order.

Consulting defines correctness. Digital protects reliability.
